Abstract

Perkara kekerasan seksual pada anak menunjukkan tren yang meningkat tiap tahunnya sehingga dibutuhkan proses peradilan untuk mengurangi angka kekerasan seksual pada anak, salah satu proses peradilan adalah proses penuntutan yang dilakukan oleh jaksa. Penanganan perkara kekerasan seksual pada anak ini dapat menimbulkan vicarious traumatization bagi jaksa, khususnya jaksa perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran vicarious traumatization pada jaksa perempuan yang menangani perkara kekerasan seksual pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema yang muncul berkaitan dengan pengalaman vicarious traumatization. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan menggunakan wawancara semi-terstruktur pada enam partisipan yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Kriteria partisipan adalah 1) jaksa penuntut umum anak yang pernah menangani kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak dalam 2 tahun terakhir dan 2) berjenis kelamin perempuan. Hasil penelitian menemukan lima tema yang menggambarkan vicarious traumatization pada jaksa perempuan yang menangani perkara kekerasan seksual pada anak yaitu konflik skema kognitif, proyeksi pengalaman menangani perkara kepada anak sendiri, kondisi emosional dalam menangani perkara, aksi empatik terhadap korban, dan identitas profesional yang tangguh.
